Another stop while in Sharon Springs was to the Black Cat, what a good decision to stop there for lunch! We sat at a table outdoors right next to their own herb garden (so cool). Their menu was full of delicious and interesting things, I ordered a sandwich of fresh turkey, apple, mayo, and fresh greens on cinnamon raisin break (YUM). What a delicious combination of flavors and textures for a sandwich, I enjoyed every bite of the sandwich and also enjoyed the beautiful sunny day and view of the tiny peppers that were growing besides me. If you are in the area please check out this beautiful and quant cafe, they give cooking classes, have a party/meeting space, bake their own goodies, and even can cater your picnic. This local shop is everything that you could hope for when wanting to eat local and support the community. So check them out and let me know what you think!
